So the last couple of days i have been sick and it was hard to eat, not that i couldnt just really didnt want to. I barley hit 1000 cals for the day i bet. so my question is on sick days you still try to hit your diet requirements or just let whatever you have run its course. i know i am gonna be super tired at the gym when i go next since i have not eaten a lot. thanks!

Just focus on getting plenty of rest and eat what is essential. I would suggest eating something with large amounts of electrolytes to help increase your bodies energy levels while it is fighting off your illness. Overall, I wouldn't worry to much. If you are ill and in bed all day you won't be burning all that many calories anyway.

I just focus on getting better. It's not strange for me when sick to just to eat 2 or 3 meals a day instead of my normal 6-7.
I use lots of shakes, WPI drinks from the supermarket, soups, lentils. Easy to go down foods. I don't eat my normal steak and rice meals for example. I just get by until i feel better, then i bulk back up a bit to where i normally am.
