Growth spurt hit yet?

This is probably a really stupid question but is there anyway to tell if you've actually hit your growth spurt yet? I feel like I have been the same height forever but when I went to the doc he told me I should expect to get over 6 feet. I have been 5'10 for the past like 2 years! Anybody else feel the same way? Would a doctor be able to tell me if i've hit my growth spurt yet? Reps for good answers/info

Well I was 5'7 a few months ago, now I'm 5'8 so I guess that was my mini spurt a few months ago :/.

ive heard that doctors can tell you if you will still be growing and how much by measuring the distance between bones and such. but men often dont hit their growth spurt until age 20-21, and you are 16. soo you have a long way to go. theres a good chance you will be growing a lot more

it can be. but it really just depends. some people get it in high school and some people dont get it until college. I already had mine and im getting ready to graduate.

i think it increased my over all maturity, and the way i look at life. see it as a big picture full of possibilities. also, the ability to always stay positive and avoid negativity.

yeah, theres usually more than 1 growth spurt during puberty. youre only 16 and 5'10", so be happy with that dude lol.

and yeah, the normal time guys stop growing is 19-21, so dont worry youve definitely got a few inches left in ya.
