Usually if it's a green veggie, it's ok. Broccoli is one of the best, Spinach is right up there. I don't see green beans listed on the site, but they should be fine.

Peas have a lot of natural sugars in them.
Broccoli is the BEST! Lots of fiber. And since it's keto, you can drown it in cheese or butter!Ron J
