havent posted in a while, but have had some decent lifts, benched 225 for 9 last tuesday, squats worked up to 405X3 off a box, and deadlifted for the first time in 3 weeks, and first time heavy since football started which was 7 weeks ago and pulled 500X3, so when football is over and its 100% lifting again I expect to tear some **** up.
There is no reason to live if you cannot do the deadlift

Hey ho, yeah, Lifting has been on halt, mainly because of football, and a fractured fibula and several small tears in my lateral meniscus has really messed up my lifting, but it was worth it, looks like i'm going to get a good scholarship and save a lot of money.
Starting tomorrow I am going back into lifting seriously, I dont feel the time off and even the injuries have greatly affected me, several days ago I did 300X3 for speed squats fairly easily, and pulled 475X3 fairly easily, so thats great news for me. Hopefully I will be able to blow past my old numbers soon, tomorrows deadlifts, so we'll see how the first intense workout goes.There is no reason to live if you cannot do the deadlift
