how can you hate drinking 5 grams of monohydrate? there is no taste....

Voluplex may be worth a look; it contains two forms of creatine along with beta alanine for enhanced effects. Green bulge is solid as well and has been around for a while.

This. But if you must go with pills, look into Trinitine by Omega, looks really damn good.

Then just get bulk mono and mix with a protein shake or juice.

mono is all you need, its the only creatine that is tried and true over and over again...plus its the best IMO

I used to take Creakic and they do work, but get way too expensive. Have you tried Con-Cret by Promera Health I think. It's pretty much tasteless, and the serving is 1/4 teaspoon for every 100 lbs of bodyweight.

Only pill form of creatine ive somewhat liked is MRI-CE2 High-def.

Best creatine IMO is Green Mag tho taste delicious.
But why not just mix your mono with something else? Poweraid Zero, Bottled Water flavor packets, anything.

It says 5 capsules for 4.5g of creapure(German patented creatine...imo best creatine mono avaliable). But since 4.5g is unnecessary, lets do the math.
4500mg divided by 5=900mg. 900mg x 2= 1800mg and that is all you need for a serving of creatine. So instead of 40 servings you get 100 for basically $13.00. Good ass deal if you ask me.

Save yourself a lot of money over capsules and simply throw your UNFLAVORED creatine mono in a drink you usually have and down it that way. You won't taste anything so don't worry.

well he obviously has never used creatine monohydrate...assuming he drinks water during the day it should be no problem taking this. Its tasteless and all a person needs

with pure creatine mono, do you get the water retention like in other products such as cell tech? last time i took cell tech(couple years ago) i hated the amount of water retention, and it made me feel very slow.
