the only thing muscle milk has in common with actual milk is the word milk and the fact that you drink them

Within this haze of pleasure and pain, there's knowledge and power, self-discipline and self-reliance."

2 cups of whole milk gives you:
320 calories
16g fat
26g carbs
0g fiber
16g protein
Tastes good
Muscle Milk in 2 cups of water gives you:
300 calories
12g fat
16g carbs
5g fiber
32g protein
Tastes pretty good
Muscle Milk in 2 cups of whole milk gives you:
620 calories
28g fat
42g carbs
5g fiber
48g protein
Tastes pretty damn good
I don't know if you need the extra calories or what but Muscle Milk and whole milk is a tasty way to get them if you can afford it. I drink it.

How is Muscle Milk in milk? As in, the texture and taste. Also, is it hard to mix together? For a time I used 100% Whey in milk instead of water, and although it tasted good (like a milkshake) it was a bit time-consuming to mix. I'd usually use 12oz of milk instead of 8oz of water and stirred for a couple minutes.

that's = that is
i hope you weren't trying to rip on my grammar and were actually just being a tool
muscle milk and milk share quite a few things in common. but why would I go through the trouble of listing them? I only care about the stupid **** that gets posted here so much. About enough to insult people, but they have to show a modicum of worth before I go about helping them.I want to touch the butt.

You can use milk to gain muscle and weight, sure. But then again usually people mix protein powders and etc with milk to enhance how much muscle/weight you would gain etc etc. Muscle milk isn't much like milk, it's a protein supplement. I think it's also close to a weight gainer too, if I remember muclemilk has a good bit of calories and fat in it compared to a lot of regular protein powders.
Milk < Muscle Milk (Assuming it's for muscle-building purposes)
