    * Protein contains 4 calories per gram
    * Carbohydrates contain 4 calories per gram
    * Fat contains 9 calories per gram

    Total = 1,960 calories

    30% protein = 588 calories of protein = 147 grams of protein
    10% carbs = 196 calories of carbs = 49 grams of carbs
    55% fats = 1,156 calories from fat = 128 grams of fat

    I did that fast, but I think it's right.

    Why not just hit 1g protein per lbs, 0.20g fat per lbs, and fill the rest with fat?
