    diet has nothing to do with working out.

    So i have a close friend whos trying to say that your diet has nothing to do with your gains in bodybuilding. anyone want to explain for him ?

    Not true, if he stops eating e.g. he will not gain muscles, at least not for very long.

    You dont become stronger from working out.. you dont get in better shape from working out... in fact you are weaker after a workout than before because you are broken down. You get stronger IN BETWEEN workouts, and diet is a huge part if not the main part of your recovery and muscle building in between workouts
