whats the best fruit in your opinion? and exactly HOW much? like in grams? some people say oh just eat a few pieces....but are those big or small pieces? Because it depends on which fruit?

I would have to say raspberries or Blackberries. Great source of fiber and a balanced glucose/fructose mix.
Black Berries
1 cup: Carbohydrate 13.8g BUT Dietary Fiber 7.6g
Raspberries
1 cup: Carbohydrate 14.7g BUT Dietary Fiber 8.0g
You can't go wrong with that amount of fiber and no guilt with the carbs.
I'll blend them in a protein drink sometimes.

25-50 gr carbs with 25gr protein 5 hours prior
25-50 gr carbs (glucose/fructose mix) 2 hours prior

bananas , peaches & pears
no syrup no water canned junk .. whole fruits
2 or 3 total
fast a few hours before sleep and during sleep and upon waking few hours is idealjust lift HEAVY A$$ weights & eat on dat healthy isht . * hellabutt psychology 101 *
