Ok so i recently purchased a 12lb bag of optimum serious mass protein and i was using it once a day due to it only having 12 servings in a 12lb bag which is TONS! After using it for about 3 days and having the worst stomache aches ever i finally couldnt hold it down. Ok so mainly my question just is, if i took one 4 half scoops throughout the day such as one at breakfast, one at lunch, one after workout, and one at dinner or somewere along those lines would it still work as well as consuming it all at one time? The main problem is that it is SO much protein its two HUGE scoops way more then i thought and it fills up my entire blender with protein which is like 6 full cups of protein haah. I just want to know what people think about this i just dont want to see the stuff go to waste and if it is a bad idea i will ultimatly buy differnt
protein.

12 lb bag with 12 servings? Thats like a pound per serving! well I think that yes you can still drink it 4 times a day instead of all at once.
This will balance your protein intake across the day.
But after you workout take half before and half after.Max Bench: 60lbs
Max Curl: 20lbs
Max Squat: 95lbs

my blender gets clogged when i follow their serving suggestions.
so this what i do...
i pour one scoop into the blender then pour in some whole milk. blend that. chug it. then wait 15 mins (maybe watch some tv), go back and pour in one scoop to my blender again. blend it. chug it. then go eat an hour later.

Thanks guys this really helped i just did this and it made it go down SO much easier. But to the first guy, taking weightgaining protein will not make you strong all by itself it takes hardwork and commitment also. You will get there i started benching like 90 pounds when i started and i weighed 115, im only 120 pounds now but im benching 160 now! Only in about 4 months of vigerous training everyday. Im fully cut and im just curious if this serious mass stuff will ruin my figure. Either or thanks a ton bros.

When I first started taking serious mass, I only used half a scoop, which is half a serving. It still gives you aroung 600 something cals and about 25g of protein. Blend that with some oats, pb, milk, honey, bananas, or whatever you feel like adding. With that you'll have a solid shake on your hands and the bag should last you longer.

It's probably better anyway to take smaller servings. Weight gainers are ideally there to add calories onto a diet that lacks enough caloric intake to warrant lean mass growth. Taking 4 half scoops a day is perfectly fine and probably more recommendable in terms of minimising your body adding body fat.
