Went over to one of my friend's house and he and my other friend were working out, i didn't do anything because my back was killing from yesterday.
Okay my friend is like 5'10" and 160lbs like 14% BF. So yeah he starts Benching 50lbs i'm like "wtf son". Also, his form is that he puts his leg on the bench and lifts them in the air like try to balance himself or some ****. He then convinces my other friend that this is proper form.
I'm all "wtf 50lbs is pointless at your size breh" he's all "i do 5 sets of 20 EXPLOSIVE reps, best way to build muscle".
Then i tell them that their form is **** and they should keep their legs planted.
He goes "Well it's what i do and do you see how big I am?".
Who was being the douche in this situation? lol I'm not sure because he i guess i must've been trying to come off as a know-it-all or some crap.
And that IS crap form right? Just making sure...
