"The iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk. The iron will always kick you the real deal. The iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go but two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds."

I don't like GM because I don't want tyrosine or betaine. I already get taurine from sp250 if I use it, caps if I don't, and if I don't have time to make some real carbs pwo, the generic creatine/dex mix I have for convienience has 1g/serving.
MCC is a really good form of creatine though.
also, if anyone has any science/research heavy links on betaine, i'd be interested.I want to touch the butt.

water retention and creatine bloat aren't the same thing. increased muscular water uptake is one of the main functions of creatine.
dosages on are the supplement.
for plain creatine mono, since this is your first time ever using it, I'd say 5g a day for about a week. after that, just take 5g on workout days and you should be fine. you can take green mag on workout days and mono on off days if you need to, but most people have stopped taking creatine every day.I want to touch the butt.

This is a pretty good study: http://www.jissn.com/content/6/1/7
It really doesn't matter when you take it for the most part. When I'm not taking SizeON I'll take Creapure or Magnesium Creatine Chelate (I can get both in bulk) mixed in some water or my oats in the morning. Anyone >200lbs should talk about 2.5 grams (half tsp) to avoid bloating."I just use my muscles as a conversation piece, like someone walking a cheetah down 42nd Street." - Arnold Schwarzenegger
