Im confused, question about form
I just got done watching a few videos of powerlifter/bodybuidler Johnnie Jackson.
In it he dosn't lock out, or use strict form at all, yet he is huge and carved out of stone.
I always hear people preaching about perfect form, but is there benefits to not using it?

Not using perfect form can cause injury, and that's the main drawback of not using it. Though, you use more fast twitch muscle fibers when you cheat, and there are more FT fibers, so you can get bigger from those.
As for locking out, it's actually better to not lockout on many exercises. It keeps the stress on the muscle for the entire lift. When you lockout, you take that stress away, thus making the lift easier. The only time I think it's necessary is when you're maxing out.

Couldn't of put it better.
I personally only lockout when I am struggling for that last rep or two, I lockout for a second, take a deep breath and go for the next two reps, however I will never lockout more than once in a single set. I try not to at least.

You should be using perfect form, im not sure why hes not.
However, not locking out is good for building more muscle because, as said above, it keeps th stress on the muscle.

A lot of the pros cheat up and do negatives. That could also be a part of it.
