i want to ask about that
how i can increase or maximize my shoulder
all my muscle growth very well but my shoulder very slow growth
is there any tips or exercise i have to focus on it to maximize the shoulder and give me the good look and shape for shoulder muscle ?

Over training them is very common due to the fact that they are stabilizing muscles in many other lifts.
So to maximize your gains with shoulders make sure you only have one day dedicated to shoulders.
Yes hit then heavy 5-8 reps I'd say. Make sure you get a very good warm up in because shoulders are very easily injured.
What I have been doing is for 3 weeks I hot hard and heavy and the 4th week I hit reps 12-15 lighter weight. Then 3weeks heavy 1 week light and so on.
I would suggest doing shoulders last day before a couple of rest days.
