okay i need to take some calories before my workouts(im on keto). i have school all day so i was wondering if i can mix 1 scoop of whey powder with water in a bottle at 7:00 in the morning and not drink it until 1:45. thats about 7 hours, is that fine or no...
also is it okay to have only 17 grams of carbs a day on keto? or is 30 a must?
