    how long can i keep whey mixed with water.

    okay i need to take some calories before my workouts(im on keto). i have school all day so i was wondering if i can mix 1 scoop of whey powder with water in a bottle at 7:00 in the morning and not drink it until 1:45. thats about 7 hours, is that fine or no...



    also is it okay to have only 17 grams of carbs a day on keto? or is 30 a must?

    if you can stay in ketosis @ 30g then I'd say it'd definitely be better than 17g.

    but i can get into ketosis quick with 17 right.(like 2-3 days)

    I'd just bring the powder dry in the container and then add the fluid when you're ready.
    It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.
