I've always been a fan of plastic for some reason.
They feel more secure personally. I feel like I can move alot more confidently, not worrying about slipping in any weather.

they last longer

plastic for firm or hard ground, as metal one will give alot vibration when you are running on these grounds and easy to damage your feet too.

and is it better to have shorter or longer cleats on turf
