For some reason the LSU workout didnt work on my comp (maybe wrong site list IDK)
That Florida workout is very very very infomative. It looks really good and has position specific drills too. I would do the Florida workout, also, look how fast that team is too. Oh and this is coming from a kid who HATES Florida, but thats only because my friend sucks their nuts.

I really love LSU they are my favorite team. I know someone who does a mix of LSU strength program and Florida's speed program and he has seen drastic improvements. Honestly try both out and see what you like.
