New pics (update)
It's been a little while since I've posted some new pics. I'm making lean gains slowly but surely. Not really in a rush to get huge, I mainly train for strength anyways.
I weigh around 155 and probably stand at like 5'10-11. Lately I've been doing Bill Stars 5x5 but recently replaced rows with power cleans. My maxes are:
Squat 275x3 ATG
Bench 225x5
Clean 160x5
Deadlift 285x5 (might be able to do more, doesnt feel like a max)

You hold your weight really well, nice build.

Solid build! It's encouraging to me seeing someone who's 2 inches taller than me @ 140lbs with a build like that. Makes me feel better about my weight.

Thanks for all the replies. My military press has been stalling out lately, which is probably why my shoulders haven't been growing as much. Hopefully the cleans will bring them back up. I recently started working out my arms three days a week instead of once. I just added a set of pullups and a set of curls for biceps and 2-3 sets of some sort of tricep exercise (usually varies). I don't want to over work them so I keep the workout nice and crisp. So far its been working nicely, we'll see how to goes in the long run
