Tubbykid's dream to hit 200lbs!!!

Ok so currently I am 214lbs. I am 5'7 and have a good amount of muscle on me. I started my weight loss journey when I reached 298lbs and 15 months later I am at 214.
Now my goal is to hit 200lbs I have been stuck at 213-215lbs for some time now and I want to post up my workout and my food intake to see what everyone thinks. So this will be my log and any comments are appreciated.

Monday (3/30/09)
Today I ate pretty well:


today was legs day:

After this workout I went on the treadmill for 27 minutes at a 4% incline.

Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I work all day but I mostly sit at the computer all day, this is why I chose around 2100 calories for my calorie intake. I also workout 5 times per week.

your calories look good man. ur on the right track with calories.
u also got ur cardio in which is good.
it looks like its gonna work man.

keep at it for a week or two see how the results turn out. and then adjust if anything.

GREAT shoulders day. I feel great and I think I see a difference in the mirror. I have pictures from the end of march. I will take some this friday to see if there is any progress since starting this program (only 2 weeks I know).

Today was a good day. Lifted like an animal and ran/walk for 20-25 minutes. It was a good day for me I'm feeling great and haven't weighed myself in a couple of days (used to do it everyday) going to do it every Friday.

Calories seem high too IMO. I buy ones that are seasoned and 8 ounces, only 110 calories in those.

I have an electronic bf tester and it shows 19%, they are not that accurate I know. I started on the electronic tester at about 32.X%. Result fluctuate because I cheat to much on the weekend. I for some reason lost the willpower, and OVER cheat on the weekend and gain it all back.

I hit a bunch of plateaus and cheated a bunch (even gained some weight back here and there)

but I just remembered that I can always get right back into it and this is the lifestyle I want forever. I just hope one day I can look as good as many on this forum! I feel like a little bitch right now to be honest lol

Monday didn't have that great of a cardio workout.
But I did have an awesome leg workout. So I am assuming that because of that it hurt my cardio performance.
