Help!

I've been working out so hard in the gym during spring break while everyone was partying. I don't really have a set workout plan. I usually take a weightlifting class and do cardio for about 30 minutes. I tried to stick with brown rice, fish, poultry, and vegetables. I am sad to admit that most of the healthy foods were eaten with some sort of sauce. BBQ sauce, pesto sauce, and all other yummy sauces i can think of. I did cheat many times by having a oreo cookie shake, mango salsa with tortilla chips, chocolate and teddy grahams.

I feel my pants have been fitting more loosely however, I took pictures of myself to see if i saw any results and i still look the same as when i wasn't working out and my diet was crappier. I'm starting to lose motivation because i can't seem to get the diet part right. I am so addicted to sugar i need to drink some sort of latte or smoothie a day.

Am i just unfortunate and stuck with this stocky, untoned, not lean, and undefined body forever? It seems like no matter how hard i work out, i still look the same as when i wasn't.

Should i start taking diet more seriously? Ugh I need motivation. I don't even take any supplements or whey protein. I do but only when i feel like it . However, i would like to lean out on my upper body and get rid of this excessive fat or this stubborn thick skin i have. I go to school, so it's even more tougher to try to stay on track on being toned.

In fact you look great already! There is really no need to get so obsessed about it.
Unfortunately, just like you, i have a huge sweet tooth... i spent a long time without eating sweets or anything of the kind, since when i start eating them i just cant stop!
If you want to eat candies, just concentrate them before and post workout.
PS: The best thing to do if you really want to lose fat fast (although you don't really need), is to cut the sweets...besides spiking insulin and making you crave for more, they are too caloric dense. Dammit !
