    squat, squat, and squat. If you NEVER squat you could easily increase your vert in a week or 2, but if you already squat and the test is soon you should probably just practice jumping. Make sure your form is perfect, etc.

    Stretch your hip flexors like you want to rip them off!! That could add 1-2 Inches. (Stretch one at a time for 30 sec)
