Keto staples...My Keto "rack"..
At work I have set up a Keto Rack, containing all the basics I need in case I find myself unprepared with food from home, and I need to make something.
Luckily for my stash, I was able to knock up the delicious Scivation Brownie (I used dymatize protein) for lunch as I forgot the food I'd made at home!!! SOO SOO GOOD!!
I have:
- Stevia tablets & liquid tube
- 100% organic pure cocoa powder
- cinnamon powder
- chilli powder
- cayenne pepper
- dried mixed herbs shaker
- Almond meal
- Tupperware filled with mixed nuts (almonds, peanuts, walnuts, pecans)
- Coconut oil
- Macadamia oil
- Natty PB
- Almond butter
- A few serves of protein powder
Anyone else have their own "pantry" at work?
