Figured I would get this started early. I have used these 2 products since the 1st of December in order to get leaner than I ever have been. A few reasons for doing this is to drop the "dead weight" for hockey and to feel more confident on my trip to Cancun on the 27th. Therefore I will be taking my after photos on the 26th. Today is my first carb loading day and I am on very low sodium. Tonight I also start the first dose of the peak condition capsules.
Beginning
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 203lb.
BF%: N/A im the idiot who didn't measure
At this point I weighed 191 this morning and I finally have some abs for the first time in my life. This is a loss of 12 pounds which is amazing.
Tommorrow I will continue the carb load and then on the 26th I plan to have a moderate carb meal in the morning also with moderate sodium intake. This is supposed to help rid the water from the skin.
Any other tips?
Also I know how it felt for des on thanksgiving (for those of you who saw his blog). Its Christmas eve and here I am carb loading with sweet potatoes and everyone is eating awesome food and making wise cracks about what I am eating or going to eat next.
Thanks for anyone who is going to follow this, it will be interesting to see how the last couple of days pull everything together

I am eating almost no sodium just like you suggest. I hae my before pics but I will take myafters on the 26th around noon or afternoon. Had a tough time tryin to get 8 meals today. Only got to 7 which I'm preparing now. Gonna do the peak condition factor 2 caps tonight as suggested. Already thru todays carb load I can feel the fullness of my muscles increasing. Seems like the last days are going to make a big change. Any other tips? Suggestions for meal on the morning of the shoot?

Keep the carbs low GI and remember that appearing shredded goes a lot farther then looking full when it comes to pics. Error on the side of appearing flat rather then risking spilling over with your carbs. If you want to be hardcore, measure your piss and only drink in 1/3 of the equivalent in water right after you go.

I've been taking Mitotropin for 6 days, and have dropped probably about 4 pounds. I've liked the product so far, but did you get any kind of stomach problems when you took it? It seems to kind of upset my stomach and really put me in the bathroom quite a bit. I know it's a 30 day pre-contest, so maybe that's what it is supposed to do, but I was wondering if that happened with you?

hey guys..I am on my 5th day of Mitotropin and I feel great. I havent gotten on the scale yet since I wanted to wait a full week and see what happens. My question is how did the novadex work for you and did you notice any side effects (ive heard some guys say they slept harder?, etc, etc). I am really trying to shred down for the summer and keep it off, trying to get ready for my wedding in a year or so )...thanks, appreciate any advice.

didnt log it but my breakfast was half a small potato green peppers and onions in a scramble with 2 eggs and 4 egg whites for breakfast. havent gotten sick of it. little pepper and a tad of tabasco since its lower sodium.
Chicken is always good. you can do like cajun lime, terriaki, stay away from one with added sugars. But marinading is awesome keeps it more tender through reheating and more flavor.Last edited by JM41KT; 12-26-2008 at 01:53 PM.
