i've read an article somewhere that when your cutting weight just for losing bodyfat %, you will need a different exercise of low intense cardio a couple of times every week after each lifts.
i want to get my bodyfat % to 7-9% for the summer and i'm currently at 13-15% right now and doing 20 minutes of cardio every day at a 10-minute mile pace after my lifting in the gym.
is this good or do i need to train differently? i want to keep gaining muscle and losing bodyfat % to look ripped and show more veins.
