Tittle.
I ask 'cause at 5'8, 135 lbs, I'm not exactly big. But when I flex in front of a mirror, my mucles seem like they have a decent size to them. Is this just a trick of the mirror or is it just cause I'm skinny so what muscle I do have is well defined?

If the mirror is a little concave then it will make you look a little shorter and bigger. Different mirrors different reflection...

good lighting and flat mirror will give you the best result. its not always exactly as it looks though

same with me when i look at the mirror my muscles look alright but if i look at a photo of me it looks way smaller.

I'm 5'7 174cm 171.6lb 78kg and I look good in mirror but in most pictures I always feel small. I think it is because of perception. Where you stand in picture ect. I think we just all feel smaller after seeing how we look with a pump!

I just can't seem to gain weight no matter what I eat or what exercise I do.
But the thing is everyone is my family is kinda skinny so idek, I think it's cause of the genes.
