Hi, I was hoping to get some good advice here like I have in the past.
I'm looking to replace my GNC Mega Man Sport, which I'm pretty sure is a low quality multivitamin. I'm a relatively casual gym-goer (only 3x per week), so I'm not looking for something too extreme. Protein-wise, I'm using BSN Syntha6.
I saw that AST Multi Pro 32x was recommended in the Supplement Guide. Is this a solid choice for me?
Thanks in advance

for the casual lifter (like myself) i think animal pak is overkill.
My reccommendations:
Natures Way: Alive

NOW Adam
bb.com
Orange Triad if u dont have Gluc Chon worked out
Also, NSI makes a great fish oil 800mg epa 400mg dha per serving (two caps)

i really dont like mega men sport. I will say that the mega men vits are from whole food sources so they are decent. they really wont compare to animal pak or an orange triad due to the added extras. Now adam is a great choice also . I would just try a few until you find one you like.
Multi is really all preference and diet dependent. For example I dont have joint issues so I dont need an orange triad. I have a select few multis I rotate based on my needs: animal pak, GNC multi greens pak, and now adam. Every now and then I will try something new if someone asks me to.

x2 on the greens pack i get that whenever theres a good sale on it like the buy on get one right now... other than that now adam i have tried and liked... other than that i would like to try multi-v or orange tirad if they'd just make one without or with a non shellfish joint complex for the fact with ppl like me with shellfish allergens... and without jackin the op's thread id opt for now adam... ast multi seems good for the price but upon comparing seems under-dosed

I'm going to make a suggestion that I don't think has been mentioned here before:

thanks for the support guys. orange triad would be an excellent choice and it give you a multi, joint supplement and digestion/immune aid all in one product.
