homeboy is 17 and probably has world-class PT and nutrition. Optimal age, optimal coaching, optimal nutrition = optimal results.

QFT. I put on 22 in just a few months following my own workouts and less than ideal nutrition. Not too surprising that under perfect conditions a kid in his peak could do that.

^ this.
He also probably doesn't have to worry about time exhaustive things that everyone else has to worry about either so gives him more time to concentrate on training.

Let's see: being paid millions, having perfect nutrition/trainers and knowing there are chicks lining up for you left and right. It would surprise me more if he couldn't gain the muscle / loose body fat.

I never buy the "well he has nothing else to do" excuse. Even if you literally had nothing to do besides eat, sleep, and lift, you still need to give your body a rest mentally and physically. No amount of excellent nutrition or training will change that.

I didnt see him before... but you sure he's actually put on 26lbs?.. he has to be like 5"10 max and like 145-150.. so he was 120-125 before?.. I bet if I was to look up pictures of him he isnt that freakin small. Celebs are liars. I'd say he put on no more than 10 lbs and thats even streching it
