Some good Barbell workouts??

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good weighted barbell workouts that i can do without working to much legs and chest? the reason is that my chest and legs are still really sore from previous exercises at the gym a few days ago and but i wanna workout tonight in my garage with my barbell set. So is there any arm/back/shoulder workout I can do? thanks for any ideas!

A couple warm up sets should take care of the your sore areas.

Otherwise, bent rows, bb curls, military press, shrugs, skull crushers.. but try a few warm ups first like said above.

BB front raises, bent rows, variation of a DL, and all of the exercises suggested above.
