my school gym has olympic dumbell handles, with some really good clips,
it can hold up to 6 thick 25 lb plates
and about 8 or 10 thin 25 lb plates

I bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.

like 180 at my gold's gym i seen someone use the 120's but even then the guy sounded like he was jizzin after everytime he benched the weight up

Use them for One arm DB rows. Almost too light for me. Going to need to change them for one arm t-bar rows soon. Also use them for db shrugs
