Kickin Ass To The Next Level...Mitotropin Into Lean Extreme
WAGING A WAR ON GENETICS!!
And taking no Prisoners!!
Age: 37
Sex: Female
Height: 5 ft
Weight: 105 lbs
Personal: Single, no kids, Yoga Teacher/Kickboxercise Instructor/Aerobics Instructor
So here it is....hope these aren?t getting old hat now (lol) but another Mitotropin log begins here...hope u all are as interested to see where this takes me as I am!
The plan had been to run a month of Lean Xtreme before the Mito, but finances mean that I a) managed to secure just about the last bottle of Mito in the UK last week!! And b) can?t pull off a bottle of LX just yet...so Mito first then LX after.
I have had a brief break from stims and been taking a regimen to support my Adrenals during my last run of stims, along with 5-HTP which has worked wonders for my sleep patterns and I feel amazing right now ? training and diet are almost 100% on point.
So here?s the plan.......
Training
Cardio:
6 days a week after my weights session, usually 25 ? 30 minutes LISS on the treadmill or cardio-wave
At least twice a week I head back and do another 30 minutes in the evening....Interval training
Monday evenings I teach a Kickboxercise class for 45 minutes, Tuesdays and Thursdays I teach an AquaAerobics Class at midday, Wednesday evenings I teach a 1 hour Yoga class and a Pilates class then on Thursday evenings I teach another Pilates class!!
I?ll be honest here...I am going to TRY to get in at least 3 days a week where I do fasted cardio first thing in the morning, but I have no indoor equipment at home so it will mean going out on my bike and that my friends is going to depend on our wonderful British Weather!! (I am a fair weather cyclist lol!!)
Weights:
Usually 5-6 days a week...Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (sometimes) and Sunday
Monday Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves[/indent]Tuesday Chest, Triceps, Abs
Wednesday Back, Biceps, Abductors/Adductors
Thursday Shoulder, Traps, Abs
Friday Day Off (kinda...I teach 3 classes on a Friday ? 2 Body Conditioning + 1 Yoga
Saturday Circuits...Whatever I feel like!!!
Sunday Repeat Wednesday
I try and fit in 20 minutes stretching after each cardio workout
Supplements
Xtend (2 scoops sipped throughout workouts)
Chromium Picolinate (200mg)
Sea Kelp (3 tabs a day)
5-HTP (50mg pre-bed)
Either BSN Lean Dessert Protein or ON 100% Gold Whey
I will start off on my first week of Mito with a 2-2 dosing, as suggested per my bodyweight.
Current Diet
Sample Day:
Meal 1:
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites (scrambled or in an omelette), cup spinach, 25g smoked salmon
Meal 2:
Usually a protein shake post workout
Meal 3:
5 oz Fish or Chicken (tuna, salmon, cod)
Cup of Lettuce or Green Beans or Leeks
Meal 4:
5 oz Fish or Chicken (tuna, salmon, cod)
Home made ratatouille ? tinned tomatoes, sliced aubergine, sliced mushrooms, cup spinach
Meal 5:
5oz Fish or Chicken or scrambled egg whites
Cup of lettuce or spinach
I only have one cheat day (and it will be a day!) scheduled in throughout this run...its one of my best friends 40th birthday about 20 days in...so there will be drinking and almost certainly pizza (cos there usually is at the end of a big night out), but hey whats a girl to do?
Current Pics

Recent Progress
Last month I did a 30 day log on Amphetalean and ran Now Foods SuperCortisol Support Formula, 7-keto and CLA alongside it.....at 105lbs (start and finish) I didn?t lose any weight in lbs but my body fat percentage went down by about 2.2% and my upper body and midsection in particular have leaned out considerably.
Goals
I want to continue to lean out the rest of my body....build on the results I have had with my previous months training, diet and supplementation....a further 1-2% bodyfat would be fantastic and possibly a drop of 2-3lbs in bodyweight. I am particularly keen to see how Mito works out on helping me cut my harder to shift areas of bodyfat, i.e. my butt and thighs!!
I?ve heard such good things about Mito and its effect on appetite suppression, helping to make cardio a breeze and general positive effect on mood etc, following everyones logs has been an inspiration and I hope I can do Mito justice.....
Look forward to hearing anyones thoughts and suggestions throughout this log, as I am still pretty new to logging. I?ll be starting my Mito run tomorrow.....Let the battle begin!!
Kickin Ass in the Morning..Taking Names in the Evening!!

Monday 30 March...Day 1
OK lets get this ball rolling!!
DOSE
7.15am 2 mito tabs
1.00pm 2 mito tabs
TRAINING

Leg Extensions 3 x 12 (10kg)
DB Squats 3 x 25 (2 x 12kg DB's)
Leg Press 3 x 20 (40kg)

Straight Leg Deadlifts 3 x 12 (14kg)
Cable Kickbacks 3 x 20 per leg (7.5kg)
Rotary Calf 3 x 20 (15kg)
AM - 30 minutes LISS cardio - 10 minutes CardioWave, 20 minutes interval treadmill varying speed and incline
20 minutes stretching
PM - Taught 45 minute Kickboxercise class then straight to the gym for 25 minutes cardio on the treadmill
DIET
Meal 1
Omelette - 1 whole egg, 1 white, 1 cup spinach, 25g smoked salmon
Meal 2
30g oats, BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake (whipped vanilla)
Meal 3
5oz chicken breast, cup lettuce
Meal 4
BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake (Was in a rush to get out and teach!)
Meal 5
4 egg whites, scrambled
Have managed about 1.5 gallons of water today...plus about 6 cups of green tea!!
SIDE EFFECTS
No side effects noted today...no jitters, no stomach issues...the only thing I would mention is the possible diuretic effect?? I know I have drunk a lot of water today, but that is not that unusual. Not sure if it's the Mito....
MOOD
Wouldn't say my mood was euphoric but definitely good!! I am a pretty happy person anyway, particularly now I'm sleeping well.
COMMENTS FOR TODAY
Given that it's my first day on Mito (and I have read a lot of reviews where people where saying they had felt nasueous or wierd) I feel great....haven't had a wild appetite, so may be helping there.
Two things of note....first I have been doing everything at full focus today, you might even say at twice my usual energy..this has got to be a good thing!! Definitely was itching to get to the gym. Second..the heat thing!! I have felt the thermo effects all day, and when I hit the gym I got a lot warmer VERY quickly (even when lifting). i don't usually sweat visually (I glow lol) but I was definitely pretty damp all through my workout(s)!!
All in all, so far so good...may try 3 tabs in the morning tomorrow just to guage the effects (the only reason I started with 2 was cos of my weight).
See y'all tomorrow xx

Great legs day, and a ton of reps there, and some great over all exercises.
great to see few adverse feelings and nice to see the focus ramped up.
Great start,

12.45pm 3 mito tabs 9testing the waters!)
TRAINING

DIET
Meal 1
Omelette - 1 whole egg, 1 white, 1 cup spinach, 25g smoked salmon

Meal 3
5oz chicken breast, cup lettuce
Meal 4
BSN Lean Dessert Protein Shake, 30g oats
Meal 5
Tin Tuna, 2 hard boiled egg whites, cup lettuce
13 pints of water....2 gallons = 16 pints, so nearly there on the "2 gallons" but I feel like I am sloshing!!...plus about 6 cups of green tea!!
SIDE EFFECTS
The only thing I can state as a side effect today was after my 2nd dose of mito...took 3 instead of 2. I felt a little light headed, nothing too dramatic though and that went off as soon as I ate so all good...
MOOD
HAPPY ME )
COMMENTS FOR TODAY
Yet again a good day...mood, focus and enthusiasm good for the most part. Felt a little tired before evening cardio..in fact was driving home from working with a PT Client having a conversation with myself in the car as to whether I really needed to go back to the gym LOL...luckily MITO-ME won!! and I felt much better after.
Again thermo effect noticeable even at rest....and HIGHLY noticeable during workouts, both AM & PM...
So endeth Day 2!!

Would love to try a protein pancake. Oh yeah, bb.com sent me a bday coupon 10% off and I had totally forgot so I used it. Keep us updated on any lethargy because I have read alot of Mito logs and noticed this being a prominent side to Mito, never the less I believe Mito into LX will yield some awesome results!

SIDE EFFECTS
Took full dose on the Mito both times today...noticed I felt mildly nauseous at about 6.30pm (so about 6 hours after second dose) not sure that it is the Mito that caused it as there is a bug going round at the moment, that said it passed once I was at my evening class.
MOOD
Mood as normal.....
COMMENTS FOR TODAY
Have a sensation of warmth all through the day, which definitely kicks up a gear when I am working out. So far as my cardio is concerned I almost seem to lose track of time at the moment, so could conceivably keep going if it weren't for the fact that I have to keep an eye on the clock!!

hey!
i am on day 2 of my mitotropin, and after reading your log i must agree on a few of the points you made.
I too get a little light headed on this, especially when standing up all of a sudden!
The point you were making of it acting like a diuretic, i think is true.
Both days i have been on it i have been feeling EXTREMLY thirsty at all times, the first day i drank easily 1.25 gallons, and today i will be around 1 gallon.
It is ridiculous, i am have so many empty waterbottles all over my bags, house, and car! haha.
well i am in on this log for sure!
You and I are only 2 days apart from eachothere, so we will bascially be mitotropin log buddies
Wish you luck!

heyyyy good to see the log is progressing nicely! I'm really shocked u can take soo much mitotropin without feeling sickly, i tried to bump up the dosage and couldnt handle it and i was ~230lbs haha
being thirsty seems common, and i've experienced it as well... i normally drink around 2 gallons of water a day anyways, so it isnt uncommon for me to be sipping water nonstop
lifesgood: fill up a gallon contain with water and drink that during the day, or fill up a gallon jug from the faucet and use that so you dont have to spend $$$ on the bottled water! I usually just drink water from my brita filter, i'm too lazy to do anything else
