Question about Chalean

I did P90X and loved it, I saw so many results on it. Then I had spinal surgery and am scared to do it again. It was 6 months ago but still, it was so intense to do P90X and I want to do something like it. I don't know much about chalean, is it anything as intense as P90X? My doctor said I can do anything at this point except heavy weights over my head... Just scared I guess. Any suggestions would be great, I would like to get on it!

I've done both P90X and P90X+. When Chalean's newest DVD came out, I called beachbody and asked them if it was more intense than Tony's. They said it was less intense. You should still call and confirm this.

If your physician supports you returning to P90X with the exception of his/her restriction that you mentioned, have you considered lowering the weights and/or modifying those exercises? I'm not trying to talk you in to it, but if your physician is comfortable with it, you may want to consider slowly incorporating it back in to your workout.
