    Glute/Hamstring Tie In

I'm looking for some exercises to really work and tight up my glute/hamstring tie-in. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Lying leg curls target the glutes and Hamstrings, maybe angled leg presses and squats aswell.

High stance on the leg press.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

You can try reverse hypers, GHRs, or wide stance leg work.

GHR's are the best leg exercise I've come across. I've never had to work so hard to complete a set of exercises. I dread these more than I do the squat and deadlift.

I wonder how many people can do the eccentric portion of the GHR in completion?? Anyone?

Layne Norton can. He is also so quick he can run around the world and punch himself in the back of the head.
