Anyway, a bunch of friends here in Afghanistan were leaving because they finished deployment and they gave me a ton of supplements and I'm wondering which I should take/when, etc. I just want to know the most effective way to use these over the next few months - here is what I have:

Gakic (maybe one week worth)
Leukic (1 months worth)
Animal Pak (about 20 bags)
Glutamine powder (21.1 oz)
Creatine Monohydrate Powder (2 lbs)
Cell Mass (2.12 lbs)
Nitrix (180 caplets)
Nano Vapor (3 lbs)
Nitrotech Hardcore Protein (2 lbs)
Myoplex 50% lite protein 7 serving pouch (tons of them)
Met-RX meal replacement (tons)
I just want to know a good way to break these down throughout the next few months effectively without some of them canceling each other out.
