Pain in the left tricep where it connects to the elbow

This entire week I've been having pains over there. I will do few exercises and it will start hurting. The pain is not that bad in the beggining but then it progresses. At the same time I basically lose all my strength in my left arm and i cannot continue doing any lifts (whether its an arm day, shoulder day, etc). The pain goes away after few mins, but if I try doing something it comes right back up and it just overall weak.

Somebody told me that it might be tendonitis? Does it seem like this could be it? Its really annoying cause i cant do as much lifts as i want to. I warm/stretch every time Im working out.

What could help this? Should i put some bengai on this?

    Thank You for reading

probably tendinitis, but just train light for a little and take a good rest. Say you do triceps stick with just push downs and light weight for higher reps to not lose size during the break. Don't do any heavy bench or skull crushers. And baby it like that for a week or 2 and sometimes it goes away. If not you might need to get a shot.

Mine used to only hurt when I'd do cables very deep or stretch my arm straight out after a workout.

I had the same pain and I tore my tricep doing skull crushers. Now I recommend staying away from skull crushers. Take a solid week off from using your tri's then slowly edge back into it. You don't want to be in my shoes. Take it easy and let it heal. If it hurts then stop what you are doing.

It may be a ligament. My personal experience with tendinitis had pain whenever the muscle was extended( in my case bicep/not being able to extend arm).
