What does 4 oz of chicken breast look like?

Is it like the size of a fist, or what? When I eat chicken breast i usually just eat a fist and a half of it haha. But 4 oz. is a serving size on the chicken I get and I'm not sure what 4 oz. looks like exactly :P

Not that you have to, by any means, but if you weighed it out you wouldnt have to worry about it. I weigh mine and i feel better about knowing where im at protein wise for the day. You could buy cheap plastic scales for like 5 bucks at walgreens.

buy a scale . Or buy a 2 lb bag of chicken. Generally they have 4 pieces of chicken in there. Each piece is approximately 8 oz. Split it in half and you got yourself 4oz
