When I first started bulking I definitely had to force feed myself, but now I can eat like a horse. After a few months you can usually get use to eating a lot more.
Back from my second rotator cuff injury... back to bulkng, trying to gain 8lbs over the next 8 weeks...
3/29/10... start bulk 161lbs @9%bf

I'm on the heavy side so I need to loose weight. I force feed myself with foods sometimes I dont like to eat due to blandness.
But I eat only when Im hungry. But if you need to bulk up, sometimes taking those not so tasty protein shakes is needed.
Whatever you give to life,it gives you back.
Do not hate anybody.
The hatred which comes out from you will someday come back to you.
Love others. And LOVE will come back to you..

Nah, I eat when I'm hungry. I guess I'm weird like that
Friendship b/w women:
A woman doesn't come home one night. The next day she tells her husband she slept over at a girlfriend's place. Her husband calls 10 of her best friends. None know anything about it.
Friendship b/w men:
A man doesn't come home one night. The next day he tells his wife he slept over at a friend's place. His wife calls 10 of the husband's best friends. 8 of them confirm he slept over, the other 2 claim he's still there.

When I first started really trying to get big, I remember eating so much I threw up before. I was always force feeding. I recently cut over 40 pounds for my competiin (it's tomorrow!!!) It's depressing being so light! I'm gonna work back into force feeding within 2 weeks or so. I kinda actually enjoy doing it for breakfast.

If necessary to meet calorie requirements, absolutely.
Food quality does not change the laws of thermodynamics. Provided you consume adequate protein, EFAs, fiber, and vitamins and minerals you can eat whatever you want.
The only difference between a 'clean' and a 'dirty' food is how much of it you eat.
The Glycemic Index is meaningless unless you eat carbs alone in a fasted state. As soon as you add fat, protein, or fiber to a meal or have eaten in the previous 4-6 hours the GI is irrelevant.
