What is the airline flight policy for herbs/supplements?
I will be taking a flight from Texas to Hawaii, and I'm curious as to the rules for herbs and supplemnts that I can bring with me. This is my second flight ever and I'm anxious to know what I am allowed to do.
If anybody knows the rules for bringing herbs and supplemnts on a flight, or has had experience doing so, please let me know, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks

Whatever rules apply to liquids also apply here. I take bottles of pills and protein bars and shake mixes when I fly and never run into a problem. I don't take RTDs anymore, due to the liquids ban, but I used to take those also...

Thanks for the response
You pack these in your suitcase right? If it doesn't cause any problems, then I guess I'm good to go.

I only do carry-on, so they get packed into there. Remember to not take deodorant or lotion, either...

Not sure what you're asking. If you're checking the luggage, you can fill it with RTDs and bottles of pills and packets of protein powder and no one will give a ****. If it's carry-on, the restrictions follow the current guidelines, i.e. if it's liquid, they will make you toss it, etc.

No liquids/gels in cabin baggage.
Securitymen have an extra eye for Gaspari supplements especially Superpump 250.

Just ask Michael Vick for help. He has all those cool bottles that hide its-not-marijuana and if you get caught you say it's his and you'll be off the hook!
