OK so i started bulking for a week now. But i notice i ate all the healty stuff and things like that. So i was wondering if eating fast food would be good. I havent had any fast food for like a month now and i didnt really wanted to start agian either. But is Fast Food good to eat when bulking, i know certain things are not good to eat at Fast Food Resturants, but what would you people recommend eating... For example McDonalds, Burger King, Wednys, Taco Bell. Something from that menu! Thank You!

Definitely dont make it a big part of your diet. A lot of people on this site seem to think 3000 calorie meals are good and that eating all the **** under the sun is ok when bulking, well thats fine if you want to gain the majority of yout weight in fat! If you arent worried about a bit of extra fat then have a couple of fast food meals but dont let them substitute better options.

it's an interesting thought, but I don't agree with it. The extra calories are mostly from fat, and although excess calories = excess energy, I just don't see it as an efficient process for muscle building.
This does not necessarily apply to the OP, but it seems that people sometimes resort to fast food/dirty bulking when they aren't seeing any gains. They think it's diet related, but it's more likely a result of having a mediocre workout regimen.
For bulking, you really only need a few hundred extra calories a day - feasible without fast food.

dietary fat doesnt automatically turn to body fat.one needs a calorie surplus to grow which means even if one is eating totally clean, if one doesnt consume enough calories they wont grow. Even though the calories are "dirty" they are needed for some to get enough calories imo. the trick is not getting your calorie intake too far over maintenance and making sure you are getting enough protein.

fast food is okay, the big thing is lots of it will have detrimentsl effects on your HEALTH ( not body comp ) so you dont wanna eat McDs breakfast lunch and dinner.. but if you're having trouble getting enough cals, a couple double cheeseburgers here or there could work
basically don't rely on it, but if you want to eat it - go ahead.. just make sure you can accept it's not the healthiest form of calories and it is pretty high in saturated fat and sodiumlose

you'd be surprised how much protein, carbs are in a double cheese or a TB burrito! i eat double cheeses all the time because its an awesome weight gainer. You'll gain some fat to but if your lookin to gain muscle fast eat that burgar baby.

for post workout
at wendy's you can get the baked potato (naked) and a large chili (it is truely low fat) about three bucks. The government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

thanks for the negs bro
fast food is not going to kill you, and for any regular people (re: not competing) it is perfectly fine to eat it, just remember moderation
if you dont eat it, great, but there's nothing wrong with others having some now and then, keep your paranoia to yourselflose

Depends on what you eat from there. I mean there's a huge difference between getting a grilled chicken salad or a double quarter pounder with cheese. Personally once a week I'll get a grilled chicken bacon ranch salad and buy a grilled chicken wrap, then I'll empty the wrap into the salad and toss the tortilla wrap, good stuff!
