    Howdy

I am a high school student who would like to eventually get a degree in either exercise physiology or sports science...What is the best way for me to go and get such a degree...I know there is tons of free information online such as http://www.sportsci.org/ exrx.net and http://www-rohan.sdsu.edu/dept/coachsci/mastable.htm but I know the good information is in books such as superstrength,ACSM Fitness Book, Third Edition,or FACTS AND FALLACIES OF FITNESS which I know are not free.Being a high school student I really cannot afford to pay for such books yet learning this stuff has is quite an enjoyment to me(and has had quite a positive influence on my athletic endeavors.)I was wondering if you guys may have any links to places where I can download torrents(or something similar) for these books(any book on this topic I will enjoy).I will buy these books(I believe that books are a lot better then reading off the computer anyway) as soon as I get the money(I don't have any current money because a.I don't have a job because of the economy and b.All my money is going to pay for college...I am one of the few people who isn't getting any help from my family to pay for it.)

It is a good to be a nerd

Fortunately I've been creating a college program review for exercise science programs. The reviews are written by current personal trainers...

Unfortunately I only have around 2 dozen at this point, as personal trainers tend to be stuck in their personal training box. You can read some of them right here and even contact them and ask them your questions about textbooks.

Personally I would recommend you download the NASM course work for their various certification courses. You will probably be able to find it PDF format somewhere online.

Much of their stuff is relatively new and probably won't help you with college coursework but it will definitely help you see the future direction of the personal training world.
