Can i have the teen sections permission...
...to kill my friend?
only for two reasons:
1. He says training legs is a pointless task, running will build muscle quicker
2. He trains every single day and tells me he's not overtraining. (All upper body, not splits...)
Thoughts?

tel him hes wrong, tell him thqat bodybuilders dont neseserily lift every day and that they deffonately train there legs, then le him observe the beatuy of there physiques (no homo)
if he is not willing to accept facts after this then let him go his own way, not your problem.,

Already done...i told him to leave me out of it when i disagreed with him, but he actually spent the whole dinner time looking for me to argue.

dude the same thing everyday?
i dont want to do the same thing every 3 days lol
my friend doesent work out his legs or back -_____-
i just let him do what he does cause he doesent listen.
i train everyday.. but a perfect 5 day split with the other 2 days being cardio and calastenics gives me much room for recovery.
