Lil help on new routine?

On monday im starting my new routine.

Basically it's a 5 day split, 18 sets for each muscle.

But on Bi's/tri's day it'll 9 sets for each, i was just wondering if i should up the amount of sets to do.

Too many sets. Biceps/Triceps is ok at 9, but limit the other muscle groups to about 12.
