I think you will be fine if you just get back on your normal diet for another week and then start the depletion again once you are 1 week out. If you only dieted 2 months in total for this show, chances are you a little bit behind anyway. Therefore this depletion that you've already done could turn out to be a big benefit to you. If the promoter pushed it back to the 11th, that leaves you only 2 weeks and not 3.
So just hit the cardio hard this week along with your normal training and start depleting again in a week or so man.(or whatever your original plan called for)
