I bench press 110lb/50kg (not sure of 1 rep max though) for 6-10 reps. Bare in mind that this is my bodyweight. Is this lame, considering I've been working out for almost a year?
no thats good. being able to bench your body weight is a good thing for a lot of people. unless your on testosterone shots, you shouldnt be able to be putting up 225 for 10. haha..keep it up
