I'm training a young lady with enormous knockers. These baby's are like doing sit-ups with 2 10 pound dumbells. Ive heard normal abs exercises can be bad for the back with such a breast size. any ideas on what to do? I'm thinking more of a leg raise emphasis.

Abs training isn't just crunches and raises. You can get her to do russian barbell twists, cable torso twists, side bends, vacuums, turkish get ups... And if you must include some kind of spinal flexion movement then you can resort to standing crunches if regular flat crunches are too hard.
