    Building Free-standing Pullup/Dip Station - Need Instructions

I am currently deployed to Iraq and in my free-time I want to build a Pullup/Dip station outside of the building I work at. I have a workshop I can use to build it and the wood and materials needed. I'm sure I can find some iron pipes as well. I figure I will throw sandbags at the base of it to keep it more steady.

All I need is some detailed instructions on how to build it. I have been looking online, but I thought I would ask on here to get other peoples thoughts and if anyone knew where I could find what I am looking for.

    Thanks!

I work out in my basement which is primarily my kids' playroom so I needed something custom made to store in my boiler room when not in use. I didn't build dip specific handles, but I do ring dips.

I am not handy and all and did on OK job building it, so odds are 99.9999999% of the people on this board can do a better job then me.

Here's a link with tons of homemade stuff and scroll down for a picture of the design I copied.
