coleman is the strongest overall. jackson is pretty dam stong for his size. kovacs was dumb strong but not the best bodybuilder. also ruhl is very strong especially on upperbody.and columbu was very strong back in the day for his size or anyones size for that matter.eddie robinson was known to be a powerhouse back in the day as well.

No. He said, "I'm strong, that's why I'm big" After he did his 100 lb DB curls.

But seriously..how can this question be asked, argued, or debated any more than it already has been?

    ronnie have bether bodybuilding form

    example - bench press

ronnie go all way down and half way up which is proper bodybuilding bench press that hit chest

levrone lock out (rest at top and use more of triceps)

not bodybuilding best, you are not supposed to lock out on top if you benchprress for training chest (which is what bodybuilders do)

all the way down half way up is correct when you train chest

not bodybuilding best, you are not supposed to lock out on top if you benchprress for training chest (which is what bodybuilders do)

all the way down half way up is correct when you train chest

    Many bodybuilders do, many don't.

if you want to train your chest - its not perfect

if you just train for "how much i can bench" than its good

locking up is lot easier because you use your triceps and your chest is resting

if you want to stimulate chest best than dont lock up

People are saying Coleman but i think he WAS the strongest, he lifts no where near what he used to do now. I dont know who id say is stronger now, JJ in terms of powerlifting moves, Brabch is strong, i actually think Cutler is strong but he never seems to go to the max, i dont know really.

Mariusz should be considered a bodybuilder he has a sick physique lol. (no homo)
Strongest now I think is Jay, Ronnie is softening up. I think Jay is afraid to go heavy because of joint pains. That's all I can think of.
