anyone else deadlift during their arm routine?
i feel like after i started doing some heavy dead's, about 4 sets, in the middle of my arm routine i began gaining a lot of size in my arms
and the nice fact i can spend all my energy focusing on my upper back on my back day
any of you add ur deads on an arm day?

I alternate Deadlifts/Rack Pulls weekly and i only do them on Back Day!

I like to mix it up once in a while and will hit deads heavy and then work in my arms.

Don't do mixed grip deadlifts when your biceps are pumped.

It's good for your forearms...I do deadlifts on my deadlift day...
