Finished in about 25 minutes, kinda half assed it. My goal right now is to lose some fat but I gotta keep lifting hard too.
And since I didn't really explain myself in the opening post, I'll do it here. I used to weigh 310lbs, I've gotten down to 220lbs and I'm dealing with a little loose skin and remaining fat around my abdomen. The goal in this journal is to shed the extra fat and get stronger in the process. When I was 310lbs, I was stronger as I lifted for football. I could max 300 bench and Squat 405. My numbers are lower now as I lost some muscle along with fat. I think muscle memory should help me out a lot.
