I chose the title "Permaleanness", because I have a photoshoot in July (hopefully for a fitness magazine), and that is going to be my ticket to a super lean offseason. I'm all for the whole bodybuilding on/off season thing, but once I get lean for July, I'm going MAINTAIN it! No more gaining pudge in the offseason. I THINK I want to get into fitness modeling, so I'm going to stay within 5lbs of the competition shape. GUARANTEED!!!
Cliffs Notes About me (assuming you don't already know):
I?m a Scivation sponsored athlete, and there's no company in the world I'd rather work with. I've been with Derek since October 2007, and have been sponsored since November 2007. I'm in the company of some of the best athletes in North America, and the Scivation employees are the most caring, understanding, helpful and amazing people I've ever met. Everyone on team Scivation (athletes, forum members, employees) are the reason I'm still bodybuilding. So I want to thank Derek, Marc and Rob, and each and every single one of you. Because if it wasn't for you guys, I would?ve given up looooooong ago. So thank you all from the bottom of my heart, and hold on tight?because this is going to be one WILD ride!
A lot can happen in 2 years....
November 5 2006 - The day of my first comp
November 7 2006 - Two days after my first comp
August 15 2007 - Gained 30 lbs since the show
March 28 2008 - Gained a NOT SO LEAN 60 lbs since the show
August 29 2008 - 4 weeks into diet...12 weeks to go
October 10th - 12 weeks into diet...4 weeks to go
November 8 2008 - Day of show...Exactly 2 years from first picture
Goals? By July 10th: 135lbs?7-8%bf?maintain around 10%....

Hi hun!
'Cause sometimes you just feel tired, you feel weak
And when you feel weak you feel like you want to just give up
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
And just pull that *** out of you and get motivation to not give up
And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you want to just fall flat on your face and collapse.

I looked at your first photo (Nov 5 2006) and thought damn, she don't look too healthy at all there. Then I looked at your 8 Nov 2008 photo and thought you look heaps better. After I watched your vid it all made sense.
All I can say is WOW! what a journey you've been on. Given your past, it must've been really difficult mentally to pack on 60lbs, but you're looking so much better for it. And that was really good of the judge who took you aside to talk to you.
I'm looking forward to following your progress and results for the OBP comp.
Nice guns btw.
