I was doing squats today and I've been noticing lately that during the concentric phase of the squat I get pretty sharp groin pain. In my final set I was going for 225 for 6 reps. On the 3rd rep the pain hit me hard and I got pissed off and stopped the set. This is really making me mad because I know I can go heavier/more reps but my groin is holding me back.
It seems like the wider stance I take the more it hurts.
I have 0 groin pain on leg press.
Do I just give up squats? Idk what to do.
